'Bless staff' is a spell learned early in the druid's career, and helps the druid improve the quality of his equipment.  The spell helps spellcasters create a powerful object with which to always use and that they can depend on to help them greatly in battle. The effects of 'bless staff' will give your weapon a better chance of striking an enemy, and will also shield it slightly from damage.
