One of the most hated thievery skills in the Realms, many officials have tried to banish the thieves for using this skill too frequently. Thieves must take precaution before stealing, as if the skill goes awry, most victims will become severely agitated and take the law into their own hands.  It can also be a good way for thieves to make money before moving beyond his cities' walls.
