The Orcs are the fiercest race of Mit'uen, created by Sauron the Evil One in the beginning ages as the perfect soldiers for his massive armies. Orcs have enormous constitutions and can travel farther without need of rest or food for long distances, traversing continents faster then any other army in the Realms.
Orcs
are mentally slow, making them good candidates for servants that will not
rise in mutiny. They do not have any ordered society or civilizations,
and will either work as mercenaries or travel the Realms in their quests
for bloodlust and wealth. The Evil One keeps all his breeding grounds
for Orcs secret, but it is rumored to be hidden in the northern most regions
of the Realms. There, the Orcs are bred to be the strongest and live in
tough competition with each other, and their environments. Orcs that
survive in the Realms are strong and experienced, and despite their low
wisdom, will often know horrors and tales far greater then any other race.
Orcs who do not join armies find their way
to the continent's capital, Mel'anor, where racial differences seem to
be more tolerable. In Mel'anor, the Orcs can learn skills not offered
in their training's with the Evil One's armies. Orcs will excel in
the arts of combat, but contain no mana with which to be a spellcaster.
